Clash of Leagues is back!

Last year we launched the first international competition between European esports leagues. In 2022 the best Brawl Stars teams from all over Europe again will compete for the Clash of Leagues Crown! This year 3 winning teams – one of each of the licensed esports leagues – are qualified directly for the Clash of Leagues finals and will battle for € 3.000,- prize money at the grand final in Salzburg July 1st.

What’s new?

Thanks to your feedback we took our time to rework the tournament structure. 2022 there won’t be open qualifiers and no groupstage with the runner-ups. Instead only the winners of participating leagues will directly advance to the offline finals at LEVEL UP in Salzburg / Austria, making winning their league’s finals even more rewarding.  On stage they will compete in a single round-robin to determine the new champion.

Another big change regarding Clash of Leagues are the participating leagues. This year A1 Adria Leauge, A1 eSports League Austria and Swisscom Heroleague will send their representatives to the offline finals. With their footprints, the three leagues cover a total target audience of more than 141 million people from 15 different countries and reach eSports fans across the CEE region.

Exciting games lie ahead of us. We’re looking forward seeing you in Salzburg. And who knows maybe you’ll see another game this year too?

The participants

The teams put up great fights, showed awesome plays in their leagues and went over board to secure their champion’s title. But now it is time to gear up and prepare for their hardest battle yet. Keep your fingers crossed for our 3 teams: Aurora Gaming, mYinsanity and Salada de Frutas will fight for the crown in the grand finals at the Level Up event in Salzburg. The finals will be broadcasted live from 6pm on twitch.tv/A1eSports
